Governing Documents
The governing documents of the Silver Leaf Farms Home Association are the Declaration and By-Laws. The Declaration is the foundation document. It structures the association and can be updated only by a super majority of homeowners. The By-Laws is the lesser of the two documents, is limited to specific areas allowed by the Declaration, and can be updated by either a simple majority or the executive board.
